Responsibilities:
- Providing 24/7 crisis intervention regarding all aspects of operationsrelated systems.
- Managing the collection, presentation, and reporting of operations data.
- Preparing and negotiating service linkages and agreements with external social providers.
- Coordinating and certifying the implementation of all city, state, and federal case management rules and regulations codes and industry standards, including D.H.S., O.T.D.A., HRA OMH, and other related groups.
- Responsible for collecting programmatic data and submitting it to Site Director for final approval.
- Cooperate with senior management for initial/renewal programmatic reports and proposals.
- Address community groups to explain program services and explore partnerships
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Service or related
- field with 3-5 years of management experience.
- Baccalaureate degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field
- with 3-5 years of management experience
- Commitment to the mission of H.O.G.A.R., INC.
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks promptly
- Fluent in Spanish preferred
- 1 FTE SS Director
- 35 hours weekly (may include Saturday and Sunday)
- 24/07 on call
