3+ years of experience using ADP payroll software.
Previous experience using the ADP Workforce system.
Prior experience implementing and upgrading payroll in the ADP workforce system.
Previous experience processing payroll in the ADP workforce system
Customize the time & attendance system (T&A) by setting rules based on the company workforce characteristics utilizing the ADP workforce software system. Implement & set up employees' clock-in through a web browser on a computer, mobile, or tablet. As the implementation manager, you will set up the Employee Timecard Management, Mobile App, Kiosks and conduct employee and manager training on the ADP workforce system.
Serve as the subject matter expert in payroll processing and time/attendance processing activities.
Develop and implement new controls and processes.
Lead/ develop/participate in the implementation process improvement for efficient payroll processing.
Analyses existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes.
Consult with ADP for the best solution.
Create and or provide requested reports using ADP reporting tools.
Independently determine general approaches and specific solutions to technical T&A problems.
Support management and employees with various payroll and time management questions/situations.
