Hogar Garden Plaza Permanent Congregate Housing Program

The 47 Bed congregate housing program is designed to provide permanent housing for homeless single adults in the Bronx who are medically challenged and referred to H.O.G.A.R. by HRA/HASA. The program provides fully furnished studio apartments (Living Room, Kitchen, Bathroom). The building offers lounge areas for residents, laundry on site, community room, a garden, and recreational facilities. Services included consist of on-site case management as well as vocational counseling. Sponsored by NYC HRA/HASA.
